ALCOHOL LICENSE: All businesses that sell beer, wine liquor are required to pay an annual fee of $200 for business or $100 for nonprofit to obtain a calendar year certificate from the Town of Broadus for an Alcohol License within Town limits. Application for new and existing businesses can be found below.

BUSINESS LICENSE: As of 01/01/2026 the Town of Broadus does not require a business license or permit. The council & mayor are working to put one in place. 

VENDOR/PEDDLER LICENSE: As of 01/01/2026 the Town of Broadus does not require a vendor/peddler license or permit. The council & mayor are working to put one in place.
