The Town of Broadus Independent School District's mission is to provide the highest quality education by creating life-long learners through comprehensive academic, athletic, cultural, and extra-curricular opportunities for the children of our community.

The school district's vision is to partner with the community, is a stable, safe and caring “hometown” learning environment that focuses on the changing needs of our students and achieves educational excellence.

The Elementary and High School both have a wide variety of sports ranging from basketball, football, volleyball, wrestling, cross country. The county also has baseball and archery teams and events throughout the year. Other activities include music, band, choir, art, drama club, debate club, FFA, 4-H, and more!
